Each modular unit is constructed with aluminum and steel frames and is anchored with steel tie downs for protection in extreme weather. The modular units feature two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, water, electric, and plumbing. The housing is shipped with multiple units per container, reducing shipping costs drastically.
