Plumbing System Industry Standard plumbing system will be installed. The waste water holding tank will not be installed.
Winterization All drain lines shall have non potable antifreeze added into each waste water drain trap after all quality control flood testing is completed.
Faucet Assembles All faucet assemblies in the trailer shall be of dual shutoff valve type. (hot/cold water)
Bathroom The bathroom shall also have the manufacturer's standard vanity with lavatory, medicine cabinet with mirror and accessories (tissue paper holder, towel bars/ hooks). All interior plumbing must be assembled. All bathroom fixtures shall be of the same color.
Commode The unit will have a residential commode. The water storage tank, seat and cover shall be the same color as the commode bowl. Any loose objects must be properly secured during transit. This requirement also includes the tank lid.
Sewer Line The sewer line will exit the travel trailer approximately (2') two feet and not more than (3'0 three feet behind the rear axle. The exit pipe shall protrude approximately (6") six inches, but not more than (8") eight inches, from the underlying, shall have threaded end, and be capped with a removable plastic cap and chain.
Water Heater (6) six gallon electric. Or (6) six gallon auto electric ignition with L.P. gas water heater.
Range Electric standard or L.P. Auto electric ignition cooking range having (3) three or (4) four burners, thermostatically controlled oven, and a lighted, power-vented range hood. Any loose objects must be properly secured during transit.
Refrigerator Residential 14 cf. Frost-free electric refrigerator with freezer. Any loose objects must be properly secured during transit.
Microwave Oven Each unit will have a minimum 1.2 cu. Ft. microwave. Any loose objects must be properly secured during transit.
Furnishings Furnishings shall be the manufacturers standard for functional quality (provides usability, comfort and minimum maintenance). All furniture shall be assembled with all packing material removed. All furniture shall be appropriately secured to prevent damage during transporting.
Bedrooms One Bedroom shall have a full size, queen sized bed. The other bedroom shall have a double bunk with storage under the lower bunk decking, accessible from the interior of the trailer.
Living Room Each living room area will be furnished with a sleeper sofa, capable of sleeping adults.
Dining Area The dining room area will be furnished with dinette table and seating.
Heating and Cooling Air conditioner to be shipped loose with installation instructions to minimize cubic feet for reduced sea transportation cost. Trailer will be prepped for roof mounted air conditioner with ducted vents located in the ceiling for a/c distribution to all living areas.
Smoke Detectors Each trailer will include (3) three battery-operated smoke detectors ( batteries included).
Fire Extinguisher Each trailer will be equipped with a five pound Type A-B-C fire extinguisher and a mounting bracket.
L.P. Gas Detector L.P. Gas detector to be installed in the interior of the trailer per specifications when L.P. appliances present.
L.P. Tanks Double 30 thirty pound L.P. bottles w/ auto change-over gauge and bottle covers installed for L. P. appliances.
Step Double entry step -welded and mechanically fastened to the steel trailer frame.
Jacks Four corner stabilizing jacks with pads installed on trailer frame to stabilize trailer at installation.
Siding Industry standard with an entry assist handle at entrance/ exit door.

Transportation Each trailer will be made transportable and road ready for transporting. Each trailer frame will be Railroad Ready to allow unit to be transported in larger quantities to shipping Port.
Master Keys The unit manufacture or supplier shall furnish (3) three sets of keys for each trailer procured. Master Keys shall be provided and packaged separately. The Master Keys must be received with the delivery of the first unit.
