Assembly

All floor, roof, sidewall panels and interior partitions can be assembled on sight using the engineered aluminum extrusions, precut to length and pre-drilled for adhesive and mechanical fastening.

Minimal tools are required to complete the assembly of each unit:

• battery powered screw guns-2
• caulking guns-2
• floor assembly bolt wrench-2-1/2” socket or fixed wrench
• level-1

Our manufacturers can fabricate and manufacture your emergency housing needs to be shipped when you need them, preassembled panels ready to be field assembled to fit your needs. Disaster Response Solutions housing units can be shipped in multiple quantities in shipping containers, secured and ready to be assembled on site.
